It’s no mystery that getting accepted to the best schools in the world can be challenging. For the Class of 2023, Harvard received 43,330 applications for admission.
And that’s not 43,330 random people, either. Most of those applicants were likely self-selecting, meaning that most people who bothered to apply were likely people who thought they had a chance of getting in.
